Hi, I’m Jess, and I’ve been on a health and weight loss journey since 2020. Back then, I started sharing on YouTube and Instagram, and now, almost 75 pounds later, I’m closer than ever to reaching my personal weight loss goal.
As host of the Glow Hard or Go Home podcast (launching December 30) and a NASM-certified nutrition coach, I’m passionate about helping women push through the challenges they face on their own health journeys.
